Jayne Smoley, Kiln-formed Glass
Throughout my years as an artist, I have worked in many mediums, however I found my true passion when I fulfilled a life-long dream of working with glass. It is through this deep love for creating artworks from malleable objects that I am able to bring you one of kind objects that reflect the light and love that I hand craft into every piece. Thus far my journey in glass has included instruction with Bullseye Glass in Portland OR, Pratt Fine Art Institute, Seattle WA. and extensive personal study and experimentation.
My work is currently represented by several galleries in Oregon in addition to our own Studio Gallery. Past exhibits include Maude Kerns Art Center, Eugene OR. The Justice Center in Portland OR. The University of Oregon and many private collections throughout the world.
